Medicine Woman
Grandmother Eva Cecilia Huitziehecatl*, a woman with a deep connection to our roots and traditions. Grandmother Eva Cecilia is Toltec, Guardian of Tradition and Custom, and a Medicine Woman dedicated to alignment with life. Through her work, she seeks to restore physical, mental, and emotional health, expand consciousness, and promote the spiritual development of those who seek her guidance. As the founder of Tlaltonatzintli, House of Ancestral Medicine, Grandmother Eva Cecilia offers her wisdom as a temazcal facilitator, energy healer, shamanic constellator, and spiritual counselor. She is recognized for accompanying people in deep transformation processes, guiding them through the ways of life of our Anahuaca Civilization, in harmony with the divine cosmic order. Grandmother Eva Cecilia presides over the Astral Sweepers Brigade and represents the Mexican Delegation at the Circle of Wisdom of the Union of Ancestral Traditions and Spiritualities, uniting shamans from five continents. In 2021, she captured part of her wisdom and experience in her book "I Am a Medicine Woman," where she shares transcendent experiences and the teachings of the Grandfathers, shamans, and naguales who have illuminated her spiritual path. Currently, Grandmother Eva Cecilia dedicates her energy to transforming Xoxocotla, the indigenous town that has been her home for 30 years, into an Indigenous Autonomous Municipality. With her deep knowledge, dedication to service, and commitment to preserving our traditions, Grandmother Eva Cecilia is a valuable member of our community and a guide on the path of ancestral wisdom.
