Spiritual facilitator and defender of Mother Earth

Grandfather Adrián Xopan, an active member of the Maya Nation, was initiated into the spiritual practices of Anáhuac by Nahua elders, who entrusted him with the legacy of their ceremonies, the sacred temazcal, and the connection with corn as a master plant.

For over 25 years, he has dedicated himself to the ceremonial path and the creation of a self-sustainable community project from the Maya Ceremonial Center Muuchxiimbal, promoting cultural preservation, care for the natural environment of the Mayab, and spiritual connection with Mother Earth.

As a spiritual facilitator and defender of water, land, and sacred territories, he has shared ceremonies, workshops, and lectures on awakening consciousness and respecting roots in various countries in Europe.

He was a representative of the indigenous peoples of Mexico at the 13th European Congress on Global Health (2023) and has been invited to the Tikal Convergence 2025.
