Humanist and Activist
Stephanie Remion has dedicated her life to international humanitarian service, working in more than twenty countries in crisis contexts such as Syria, Iraq, and South Sudan.
As country director for Doctors Without Borders or international director of the Belgian Red Cross, she has led interventions in extreme situations, protecting the lives of vulnerable populations and caring for the well-being of teams on the ground.
After years of institutional work, she currently leads an international project focused on generating resources to support social, economic, educational, and environmental initiatives, seeking to transform communities and promote a more just and sustainable future.
