Juan Alberto Jorge Estrada is an economist, cultural manager, and promoter of sustainable development in Peru. With more than forty years of experience in the business, productive, and community sectors, he has dedicated a large part of his life to strengthening micro and small enterprises, as well as promoting culture as a driver of identity, social cohesion, and economic transformation.

Director of the ALESPE Entrepreneurship Center and the Identity House Museum "Lord of the Fishing", he has developed important cultural and territorial initiatives in regions such as Tacna and Ancash, promoting regional integration projects, valuing ancestral heritage, and strengthening local economies.

He has been a promoter of the Moche Route, the Chimbote Identity Project, and various legislative proposals related to culture and cultural economy in Peru, working for the recognition of culture as a fundamental sector for human and sustainable development.

His career integrates work with communities, cultural research, public management, and the preservation of the country's ethnic and ancestral manifestations. He has also promoted academic training initiatives in Cultural Law and Cultural Economy within Peruvian universities.
