With a PhD in International Environmental Law, he is a teacher and researcher who has dedicated his work to issues of governance, sustainable development, and ecological transition, linking academic knowledge, field experience, and a global vision.
He has taken on high-level responsibilities, including serving as Governor of his region, promoting climate resilience initiatives and supporting transformation dynamics in complex contexts.
A polyglot and committed to international dialogue, he builds bridges between cultures, knowledge, and territories, contributing to a shared awareness of the protection of life and harmony with the Earth.
Today he joins this collective path, bringing his experience, his voice, and his commitment to the service of the Dance for World Peace, strengthening this fabric of unity among peoples.
